Conference/function room(s): The Pan Pacific Manila's conference rooms, located on the seventh floor, share a breakout area wrapped around the sunken pool courtyard, and have access to the pool's mezzanine sun deck. The Pacific Grand Ballroom is 457 square meters (4917 square feet) and holds 410 people in theatre style, 270 in classroom style, and 220 for banquets. It can be subdivided into five smaller spaces. The Conference Suite is 118 square meters (1270 square feet) and is suitable for 120 people in theatre of 80 in classroom style. Two boardrooms of 42 and 53 square meters (452 and 570 square feet) hold 30–40 people in theatre style or 15–25 in classroom style.
